πβ½ THE SCOUT β GAMEWEEK 7: MOVERS SPECIAL
Gameweek 7 is underway, and the latest MFF Movers table has thrown up some interesting names!
Who's finding form, who's making the biggest jumps, and which clubs are catching The Scout's attention?
π₯ LEECE LEADS THE WAY!
St Johns United's Dean Leece tops the Movers with a huge +15 swing, jumping from 8 points in GW6 to 23 in GW7!
Hot on his heels:
β½ Jonathan Shields (Laxey) β +13
β½ Luke Murray (Corinthians) β +13
β½ Thomas Redmond (Michael United) β +12
Four players setting the pace!
π’ LAXEY ARE EVERYWHERE!
Jonathan Shields isn't alone. Ethan Hawley, Joe Walters and Shaun Kelly have all recorded +8 swings.
Brody Patience, Cameron Avery, Christopher Walsh, Edward Kangah, George Burrows, Harvey Turner, James Callister, Matthew Ogden, Noah Campbell and Thomas Smith also feature further down the Movers table.
That's an impressive number of Laxey shirts appearing together!
π΅ MICHAEL UNITED MAKING MOVES
Thomas Redmond leads their charge with +12, while Nathan Faragher follows on +8 and Jimmy Butler adds +4.
Three players making their mark in GW7.
π‘ COMBI PLAYERS CATCHING THE EYE
The Combination leagues haven't been left out!
Terry Rigaux (Braddan) β +7
Adam McCullough (Corinthians) β +4
Andrew Hughes (Rushen United) β +4
Michael Hutton (Braddan) β +4
Nathan Robinson (Corinthians) β +4
Plenty of potential differentials for MFF managers.
π THE SCOUT'S VERDICT
Dean Leece takes the headlines, but Laxey's numbers are difficult to ignore.
With so many players from the same club appearing, The Scout will be watching closely to see who can build on their latest returns.
And remember, a big weekly swing isn't always the same as sustained form. Rest weeks, fixtures and opportunities all matter.
One week gets you noticed.
Two weeks gets you scouted.
The Scout will be watching. π

πβ½ MFF SCOUT β WOMEN'S FOCUS
This week The Scout turns his attention to the Women's League β and there are plenty of names catching the eye.
π₯ CORINTHIANS LEAD THE WAY
Lula-Belle Findlay has moved to the top of the MFF Women's standings with 21 points, 8 goals from 5 appearances.
Teammate Milly Dawson is right behind on 19 points with 7 goals.
Two Corinthians players leading the way. π
π PEEL'S GOAL THREAT
Scarlett Callister has 18 points after scoring an incredible 8 goals from just 2 appearances.
Lisa Costain is another strong Peel performer with 15 points and 6 goals.
π΅ NOTHING BETWEEN THE ROYALS
Douglas Royal's Caitlyn Smith and Rebecca Cole are locked together:
β½ 7 goals
π 4 appearances
π 18 points
You couldn't separate them.
π’ UNION MILLS
Tia Lisy leads their MFF scoring with 10 points, followed by Louise Ruddock on 8.
π DOUGLAS & DISTRICT MOVING
Two names have jumped onto The Scout's radar in the latest Movers:
Evie Anderson β 0 β‘οΈ 7 pts π₯
Olivia Davis β 0 β‘οΈ 5 pts π
Definitely two to keep watching.
π΄ EXPERIENCE AT RUSHEN
Donna Harrison and Lucy Kerr are among Rushen's leading performers, while veteran Theresa Faragher brings plenty of experience to the side.
The Scout isn't only watching the headline scorers β experience and consistency count too. π
π SCOUT WATCH
π₯ Lula-Belle Findlay
π Milly Dawson
β½ Scarlett Callister
βοΈ Caitlyn Smith & Rebecca Cole
π Evie Anderson & Olivia Davis
The Women's competition is starting to get very interesting.
Who keeps delivering as the season develops?
One week gets you noticed.
Two weeks gets you scouted.
THE SCOUT WILL BE WATCHING. π
βΉοΈ Onchan have played Women's League fixtures this season, but individual Onchan player data is currently unavailable on MFF, so they aren't included in the player comparisons above.

π THE SCOUT β GAMEWEEK 5: COMBI FOCUS
This week The Scout is heading into the Combination leagues β but we're looking a little further back than just the latest Gameweek.
We're looking across GAMEWEEKS 3 TO 5. π
Why?
Because one Gameweek can fool you in the Combi.
Rest weeks mean a zero doesn't necessarily mean a player has gone out of form β sometimes his team simply hasn't played.
Looking across three Gameweeks gives The Scout a much better idea of who's producing when the opportunities arrive.
π₯ MIDDLETON BACK ON THE RADAR
Joseph Middleton was one of the names The Scout picked out in Gameweek 3.
Now he's done it again.
The Corinthians Combination man has returned 10 points in Gameweek 5 β one of the biggest scores among the Combi players this week.
That's exactly why looking across several weeks matters.
A zero between two good returns can look like a drop in form.
In reality, Middleton has caught The Scout's eye in GW3 AND GW5.
That's a much more interesting pattern. π
π’ ONCHAN ARE EMERGING
Onchan have given The Scout plenty to think about this week.
Thomas Lancaster β 10 pts π₯
Ryan Gartland β 7 pts
Jake Gartland β 4 pts
Three names from the same side producing in Gameweek 5.
Lancaster's 10 points puts him alongside Middleton at the head of this week's Combi returns, while Gartland has also produced a very useful seven.
One player having a big week gets noticed.
Several players from the same team doing it makes The Scout look a little closer.
π΅ RAMSEY JOIN THE WATCHLIST
There's another group worth watching at Ramsey Combination.
Alfy Scott β 7 pts
Firat Aygun β 7 pts
Ben Fox β 4 pts
Ryan Kelly β 4 pts
Aygun is particularly interesting because his name has already appeared among the stronger Combi performers earlier in the season.
Now he's back with another seven-point return.
That's exactly the sort of repeat appearance we're looking for when comparing GW3 through to GW5.
π’ DHSOB ON THE MOVE
DHSOB Combination are another side with several names appearing.
Andrew Ward β 7 pts
James Duddy β 5 pts
John Quirk β 5 pts
Ethan Bratty β 3 pts
It's the number of different DHSOB players contributing that catches the eye.
Ward leads them this week, but Duddy and Quirk aren't far behind.
If that continues, there could be some interesting MFF options emerging from DHSOB.
π ONE MORE FOR THE NOTEBOOK
Niall Gibney also deserves a mention after returning five points for Marown Combination.
Not every player needs a double-figure haul to get The Scout's attention.
Sometimes it's about spotting the names beginning to appear regularly before everybody else does.
π THE THREE-WEEK VIEW
This is why The Scout is looking from GW3 through to GW5 rather than simply comparing GW4 with GW5.
Combination fixtures don't always fall neatly into every MFF Gameweek.
Rest weeks can leave perfectly good players showing zero.
So we're looking for something more useful:
Who produces when they play?
Who keeps reappearing?
Which clubs suddenly have several players returning points?
And which Gameweek 5 names will still be in the conversation after Gameweek 6?
π₯ THE SCOUT'S WATCH
π Joseph Middleton
Already caught the eye in GW3 and delivers another big return in GW5.
π₯ Thomas Lancaster
10 points puts the Onchan man straight onto the radar.
π Firat Aygun
A familiar name from earlier in the season and another seven points this week.
π Andrew Ward
Leads a strong group of DHSOB Combination returns.
π Ryan Gartland
Seven points as part of an interesting week for Onchan.
π Alfy Scott
Another seven-point Combi return worth following.
The big scores get your attention.
Doing it again is what really matters.
Gameweek 6 will tell us a little more.
One week gets you noticed.
Two weeks gets you scouted.
The Scout will be watching. π

Douglas Royal: Owen Dunn 12 | Wes Gibson 12
Douglas & District: Ashley Humphrey 8 | Sean Jones 8
π THE SCOUTβS TAKE
π₯ Ross Crawford β 48 continues to set the pace at the top.
π₯ Sean Doyle β 47 is just a single point behind, while Nathan Faragher β 46 is right in the mix too.
π Jason Chatwood β 38 is the big GW4 story after a huge 34-point Gameweek, while Foxdale teammate William Taylor β 24 continues his consistent goalscoring start. π
And don't ignore the players sitting just behind their club leaders. Daniel Kinrade, Graham Kennish, Joe Walters, Alex Crawley and Paul Whitley are among those providing alternative options for your weekly selections.
Every club has its leaders. Who keeps delivering in Gameweek 5?
π The Scout will be watching. π

π MFF SCOUT: GAMEWEEK 3 β BACK-TO-BACK
One week gets you noticed. Two weeks gets you scouted. π
That's the theme of the Gameweek 3 Scout.
This week we're not simply looking at who's sitting near the top of the overall rankings. We're looking for something potentially much more useful when picking your next MFF team:
β½ Players who delivered in Gameweek 2 and have done it again in Gameweek 3.
One huge performance can send a player flying up the Top 150.
But when the goals keep coming?
That's when we're starting to see genuine form.
And there's only one place to start...
---
π΅ ROSS CRAWFORD β Castletown MFC CASTLETOWN
π¨ TEN GOALS. 48 POINTS. NUMBER ONE.
What a start to the season.
Ross Crawford has surged all the way to No.1 in the MFF Top 150 after another huge performance for Castletown.
His numbers now read:
π 4 appearances
β½ 10 goals
π 48 overall points
But it's his recent Gameweek form that really catches the Scout's attention.
GW2: 6 pts
GW3: 22 pts
π GW2 β GW3: +16
That makes Crawford the biggest mover in MFF this week.
And this isn't simply somebody appearing from nowhere with one big performance.
Crawford was already producing in Gameweek 2.
He's followed it up with a massive Gameweek 3 and now finds himself above every Premier League, Division 2 and Combination player in MFF.
π SCOUT VERDICT
π₯π₯π₯ THE FORM PLAYER IN MFF
If you're looking at your two Division 2 shirts for the next Gameweek, Crawford is becoming extremely difficult to leave out.
---
π΄ SEAN DOYLE β Corinthians AFC Isle of Man CORINTHIANS
π₯ STILL SCORING, STILL CLIMBING
Sean Doyle continues to provide exactly the sort of consistency the Scout is looking for.
His recent Gameweek returns:
GW2: 8 pts
GW3: 13 pts
π GW2 β GW3: +5
And his overall numbers now stand at:
π 3 appearances
β½ 5 goals
π 34 overall points
That's enough for third place in the entire MFF Top 150.
Doyle isn't sitting near the top because of one enormous afternoon.
He's continuing to produce.
With three Premier League selections available, that's exactly the sort of player who should be on the shortlist.
π SCOUT VERDICT
π₯ PROVEN FORM
The points haven't dried up.
In fact, they're increasing.
---
π΅ WILLIAM TAYLOR β Foxdale AFC FOXDALE
β STILL ON THE SCOUT RADAR
William Taylor was one of the names we highlighted last time and he remains an interesting Division 2 option.
His overall record has now reached:
π 3 appearances
β½ 3 goals
π 18 points
That's a very useful return and enough to put Taylor inside the leading group of Division 2 players.
The obvious problem for fantasy managers is that Ross Crawford has just gone nuclear.
But you get two Division 2 selections.
Taylor doesn't necessarily need to beat Crawford.
He just needs to make a convincing case for that second shirt.
π SCOUT VERDICT
π KEEP WATCHING
Three goals from three appearances keeps him firmly in the conversation.
---
π JOSEPH MIDDLETON β CORINTHIANS COMBINATION
π¨ THE DIFFERENTIAL KEEPS DELIVERING
Here's another player whose recent returns are becoming increasingly interesting.
Middleton's Gameweek scores have gone:
GW2: 4 pts
GW3: 7 pts
π GW2 β GW3: +3
And look at his overall record:
π 3 appearances
β½ 7 goals
π 24 points
That puts a Combination 1 player seventh in the entire MFF Top 150.
Kyle Uren's incredible ten-goal start understandably grabbed the headlines early on.
But fantasy football is about what happens next.
Middleton continues to put points on the board.
π SCOUT VERDICT
π DIFFERENTIAL
With only one Combination 1 shirt available, Middleton is making a very strong case.
---
π₯ REPEAT RETURNS ARE WHAT WE WANT
The Top 150 tells us who's accumulated the most points.
The Movers table tells us who's produced the biggest improvement this week.
But the Scout wants to combine the two.
We're looking for players who are:
β½ finding the net
π playing regularly
π increasing their Gameweek returns
π₯ doing it more than once
That's why players such as Ross Crawford, Sean Doyle and Joseph Middleton are particularly interesting.
They're not simply living off an early-season haul.
They're continuing to deliver.
---
π THE GAMEWEEK 3 MOVERS
While repeat returns are our main focus, some huge GW3 performances have put several new names on the radar.
π₯ ROSS CRAWFORD β CASTLETOWN
GW2: 6 pts
GW3: 22 pts
π +16
The biggest mover in MFF.
And unlike many of the other big movers, Crawford was already producing in GW2.
That's why he's the Scout's headline player this week.
---
π₯ MATTHEW REDMOND β FOXDALE
GW2: 0 pts
GW3: 12 pts
π +12
Redmond has exploded onto the radar.
His overall numbers now stand at:
π 3 appearances
β½ 2 goals
π 14 points
One big Gameweek isn't enough to call him a form player yet.
But a 12-point return certainly gets him noticed.
Now can he do it again?
---
π₯ ADAM McCULLOUGH β CORINTHIANS
GW2: 3 pts
GW3: 13 pts
π +10
Another massive Gameweek 3 improvement.
McCullough's overall numbers are now:
π 4 appearances
β½ 3 goals
π 27 points
That puts him sixth overall.
And there's an increasingly obvious theme emerging...
Corinthians are providing some serious fantasy options.
Sean Doyle β 34 pts
Adam McCullough β 27 pts
Dan Simpson β 24 pts
Joseph Middleton β 24 pts in Combi 1
Plenty for MFF managers to think about.
---
π DANNY CORRIN β DHSOB
Another big GW3 mover.
GW2: 0 pts
GW3: 10 pts
π +10
Corrin has now reached:
π 2 appearances
β½ 3 goals
π 16 overall points
That's enough to put him level with some established Division 2 fantasy options.
One to watch.
---
π’ RICHARD RADCLIFFE β Douglas & District Football Club DOUGLAS & DISTRICT COMBINATION
π HELLO!
Here's one that certainly gets the Scout's attention.
GW2: 0 pts
GW3: 9 pts
π +9
But the overall numbers are even more interesting:
π 1 appearance
β½ 4 goals
π 9 points
Four goals in one appearance.
That immediately puts Radcliffe into the conversation for the single Combi 2 shirt.
We need to see more before declaring him a must-have.
But he's very much on the radar.
---
π MORE GW3 RISERS
There are plenty of other names making a move.
Callum Taggart β St Johns United
0 β 8 pts
Mark Wolfenden β St Marys
0 β 8 pts
Then in Combination 1:
Blane Slattery β Corinthians
0 β 7 pts
Lee Currer β Braddan
0 β 7 pts
All five have done enough to get themselves noticed.
The challenge now is simple:
Do it again.
---
π§ THE SCOUT'S FOUR
Four players particularly stand out from the latest numbers.
π₯ ROSS CRAWFORD βCASTLETOWN
π₯ SCOUT'S STAR MAN
48 overall points.
10 goals.
And a huge 22-point GW3 after already returning six in GW2.
The current No.1 player in MFF.
---
π₯ SEAN DOYLE β CORINTHIANS
π₯ PREMIER PICK
34 overall points and five goals.
More importantly, his recent Gameweek return has increased from 8 to 13.
Consistency with an upward trajectory.
---
π₯ JOSEPH MIDDLETON β CORINTHIANS COMBINATION
π SCOUT DIFFERENTIAL
24 overall points and seven goals.
He's gone from 4 GW2 points to 7 in GW3.
An increasingly interesting option for that Combi 1 position.
---
π WILLIAM TAYLOR β FOXDALE
π ONE TO WATCH
18 points and three goals from three appearances.
The Scout highlighted him last time and he's still sitting among the leading Division 2 options.
---
π NEXT WEEK'S WATCHLIST
Then we have this week's breakout names:
π Matthew Redmond β Foxdale
π Adam McCullough β Corinthians
π Danny Corrin β DHSOB
π’ Richard Radcliffe β Douglas & District Combination
π Callum Taggart β St Johns United
π Mark Wolfenden β St Marys
π Blane Slattery β Corinthians Combination
π Lee Currer β Braddan Combination
They've delivered in Gameweek 3.
Now comes the test.
Who can back it up in Gameweek 4?
---
π ONE WEEK GETS YOU NOTICED. TWO WEEKS GETS YOU SCOUTED.
That's the message from Gameweek 3.
Don't just look at a player's overall points.
Look at how they're getting them.
A huge one-off score can transform the Top 150.
But repeated returns are where genuine fantasy form starts to emerge.
And right now there's one player sitting above everyone else:
π₯ Ross Crawford β 48 points, 10 goals and the biggest GW3 mover.
Behind him, Sean Doyle keeps producing, Joseph Middleton continues to impress, and William Taylor remains one to watch.
Then there's a whole new group of Gameweek 3 performers trying to prove they can do it again.
Gameweek 4 could be very interesting.
The Scout will be watching. π
